After Hours Maintenance

If a maintenance issue occurs after hours and is not an emergency please phone or email gateway@gatewaycg.org.au and your request will be followed up during normal business hours 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

URGENT MAINTENANCE?

If a maintenance issue occurs after hours and is considered an urgent maintenance issue, please phone the Tim Altass office (07) 3395 5002.

You will be directed to a messaging service.

Leave a message and make sure you say the job is urgent.

The next available staff member will contact you and arrange the required tradespeople.

Urgent Maintenance Issues

  • Burst water service or a serious water leak
  • Blocked or broken toilet
  • Serious roof leak
  • Gas leak
  • Dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • Serious storm, fire or impact damage
  • Failure or breakdown of an essential service or appliance e.g. hot water, cooking or heating facility
  • Fault/ damage likely to cause injury or one that makes the premises unsafe or insecure (e.g. broken stairs, broken window)

Maintenance issues not listed above are routine repairs and contact with Gateway staff should occur during normal business hours.

If a maintenance issue occurs after hours and is considered an urgent maintenance issue, please call the Department of Housing Emergency Maintenance Number 1800 808 107 from 6pm to 6am Monday to Friday and on weekends and public holidays.
